All earnings due are paid based on the following schedule:

• Earnings for cash purchases and credit purchases paid within the month of purchase will be paid on the 15th of the following month.
• Earnings for credit purchases paid on time after the month of purchase will be paid 15 days after the end of the full 45 days credit term from month end for Business Managers and Business Directors or 60 days credit term for the Executive Business Directors.
